Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag, marinate the chicken breasts in buttermilk for 30 minutes to an hour in the refrigerator.

  3. Remove the chicken from the buttermilk and dredge it through the seasoned flour mixture, shaking off excess.
