Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Place the beef short ribs in a large bowl or resealable plastic bag. Pour the sauce mixture over the ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
