Instructions
Combine soy sauce, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
Add beef steak and marinate for at least an hour.
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium high heat.
Remove steak from marinade, letting excess drip off.
Grill steak for 4 6 minutes per side until desired doneness is reached. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
In a bowl, combine mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, honey, olive oil, lime juice, and salt. Toss to mix well.
Warm tortillas on grill or in a dry pan for 10 20 seconds per side.
