  • garlic paste, 2 tbsp tandoori masala, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp cayenne pepper, 1 tbsp ground coriander, 1 tbsp ground cumin, 1 tbsp garam masala, 1 tbsp lemon juice, Salt to taste, 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Combine the yogurt, ginger garlic paste, tandoori masala, paprika, cayenne pepper, coriander, cumin, and salt in a large bowl. Add chicken thighs and massage the marinade into them. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Preheat the grill to high heat. Grill the marinated chicken thighs, turning occasionally until cooked through and slightly charred, about 8 10 minutes per side. Brush with lemon juice and garam masala before serving.
