Cook for 5 6 minutes or until shrimp is pink and cooked through. d. Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce. Cook for 2 3 minutes until slightly softened but still retaining some crunch. e. Serve immediately, garnished with additional fresh herbs and Parmesan cheese if desired.
