Instructions
In a large saucepan, combine cheddar cheese grits, heavy cream, water, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened.
Add shrimp and cook for 5 6 minutes, or until pink and cooked through. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
