Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, gochujang, garlic, and ginger until well combined.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the marinade, making sure they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Remove wings from marinade, allowing excess to drip off.
