  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken tenders
  • 1 cup all

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix flour, salt, and pepper. In another shallow dish, place beaten eggs. In a third shallow dish, pour panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dip each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle the chicken tenders with vegetable oil and bake for 15 minutes. Flip the tenders and bake for another 10 12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While the chicken is baking, in a small saucepan over medium heat, combine BBQ sauce, hot sauce, honey, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir occasionally until heated through.
