Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine hot sauce, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook over low heat until the butter is melted and the flavors are combined.
Add chicken to the saucepan, ensuring it's fully submerged in the sauce. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to overnight for marination.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C). Fry chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, approximately 4 5 minutes per side. Remove from oil and let cool slightly before shredding or chopping into bite sized pieces.
