Ingredients
1. 8 oz skirt steak 2. 1 avocado, sliced 3. 2 cups mixed greens 4. 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 5. 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced 6. 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted 7. 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled 8. 2 tbsp olive oil 9. 1 lemon, juiced 10. Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Season the skirt steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
