Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
  2. Stir in the guascas herb mixture and cook for about 30 seconds to release its aroma.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the pot and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 20 minutes.
