  • Coriander Chutney:
  • 1 cup fresh coconut, grated
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken pieces, coconut oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Add cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, and lemon juice to the chicken mixture. Stir until all chicken pieces are evenly coated with spices. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
