  4. Carefully flip the pancake onto a plate, then slide it back into the skillet to cook the other side for another 2 3 minutes.
  5. Transfer the cooked pancake to a serving platter and spoon the caramelized apples evenly over the top, along with any remaining sauce from the pan. Slice into wedges and serve immediately.
