Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chopped biltong, grated cheddar cheese, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper, according to your preference. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  2. Lay out one crepe on a clean surface. Spoon about 1/4 cup (60ml) of the biltong mixture onto the center of the crepe.
  3. Fold the edges of the crepe over the filling and carefully roll it up into a tight cylinder, enclosing the filling completely. Repeat with the remaining crepes and filling.
