Ingredients
- 1 Gluten
- Free Pie Crust (store

- 4 Large Eggs
- 1 Cup Whole Milk
- 1 Cup Grated Gruyère Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Diced Bacon
- 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Onion
- 1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the gluten free pie crust and press it into a 9 inch quiche dish.
- In a medium pan, cook the bacon until crisp. Set aside on paper towel to drain excess fat.
- In another pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir in the sautéed onion, bacon, and Gruyère cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pie crust, ensuring an even distribution of ingredients.
- Bake for 35 40 minutes or until golden brown and set. Let cool slightly before slicing.
