Instructions
In a bowl, combine paneer cubes, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, Garam Masala, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix well.
Marinate the paneer in the spice mixture for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight for best flavor.
Preheat a grill or broiler to medium high heat.
Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers and place them on a grilling tray.
Grill or broil the skewers until golden brown and slightly charred, about 2 3 minutes per side.
Prepare the mint chutney by blending fresh mint leaves and coriander leaves with lemon juice, green chili, cumin powder, salt, and sugar in a food processor. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Serve the grilled paneer skewers alongside the mint chutney, garnished with fresh mint and coriander leaves.
