  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for 30 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered coconut sugar before serving, if desired.
