  • fat coconut milk
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) sparkling water, chilled

Instructions

  4. Once cooled, strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher.
  5. Gently stir in the chilled sparkling water.
  6. Serve immediately over ice in tall glasses, garnished with a cinnamon stick.
