Ingredients
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped 1/4 cup white sugar 1/2 cup orange juice 1/4 cup tequila 1/4 cup lime juice 1/4 teaspoon chili powder Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
a. In a blender, combine the mangoes, sugar, orange juice, tequila, and lime juice. Blend until smooth. b. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large bowl to remove any pulp or seeds. c. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about three quarters full to allow for expansion. d. In a shallow dish, mix chili powder and sea salt together. Dip the top of each mold in the mixture and then place the popsicle sticks into the center. e. Freeze the popsicles for at least 4 hours or until completely set.
