  6. Flip the pancake using a spatula and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from pan and keep warm. Repeat with remaining batter, adding an additional tablespoon of butter to the pan before cooking the second pancake.
  7. Dust cooked pancakes with powdered sugar and serve side by side, with reserved blueberries as garnish.
