Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine rolled oats and almond milk over medium heat. Cook for 3 4 minutes or until oats are cooked and have absorbed the liquid. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
In a large bowl, add cooked oatmeal and top with kale, spinach, bell pepper, sliced almonds, dried cranberries, avocado, and mixed berries. Toss gently to combine.
