Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the sushi rice with the black sesame seeds and mix well.
  2. Divide the seasoned rice into two serving bowls.
  3. Arrange the avocado slices on top of the rice in one corner of each bowl.
  4. Place half of the steamed edamame on top of the avocado, followed by pickled red cabbage, cucumber slices, and nori strips.
  5. For the green smoothie, blend the green smoothie mix with almond milk until smooth. Pour the smoothie into each bowl next to the rice and vegetables.
  6. Sprinkle chia seeds on top of the smoothie in each bowl.
