Ingredients

  • 1. 2 cups unsweetened almond milk 2. 1/4 cup pure maple syrup 3. 1/4 teaspoon sea salt 4. 1 1/2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder 5. 1 cup raw cashews, soaked and drained 6. 2 ripe avocados 7. 1/2 cup coconut cream 8. 1/3 cup honey 9. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 10. 1 cup almond flour 11. 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 12. 1/2 cup finely chopped toasted hazelnuts

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine almond milk, maple syrup, and salt. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and whisk in matcha green tea powder until fully incorporated and smooth. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  2. In a high speed blender, blend soaked cashews, avocados, coconut cream, honey, and vanilla extract until creamy and smooth. Add the matcha almond milk mixture and blend again until well combined. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
