- 1 cup heavy cream 8 oz mascarpone cheese 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 cups strong brewed coffee, cold 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 (12
- ounce) package ladyfingers 1/4 cup dark chocolate shavings
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream, mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Set aside.
- In a shallow dish, combine the cold brewed coffee and cocoa powder. Stir until the cocoa is fully dissolved.
- Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture briefly, then arrange them in a single layer at the bottom of a serving dish or individual glasses.
- Spread half of the whipped cream mixture over the soaked ladyfingers.
- Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and finish by spreading the remaining whipped cream on top.
- Garnish with dark chocolate shavings and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.

Allow the tiramisu to rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving to let the flavors meld together perfectly.
Notes
