  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

  2. Open the chilled can of coconut milk and carefully scoop out the solid white cream into a separate bowl. Reserve the liquid for another use.
  3. Whip the coconut cream with a hand mixer or stand mixer on high speed until it forms soft peaks. Gently fold in the pineapple mixture.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt, and stir gently to combine.
