In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled quinoa with the chopped avocado, mixed berries, diced mango, toasted coconut flakes, chopped macadamia nuts, chia seeds, hemp seeds, lime zest, and lime juice. d. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Gently mix until all ingredients are well combined. e. Serve immediately in 4 serving bowls for an eye catching presentation.
