Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill on high heat or preheat your oven's broiler.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. Place them on a foil lined baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking oil.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken on the preheated grill or under the broiler. Cook for 6 minutes, then flip and cook for another 6 minutes, or until fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  4. While the chicken is cooking, in a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, honey, and cayenne pepper. Set aside.
  5. Grill the corn on high heat for 3 4 minutes per side, or until lightly charred.
  6. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve the fire grilled chicken sliced, alongside the corn slathered in the spicy honey butter.
