1. 8 large chicken wings 2. 1 cup buttermilk 3. 1 cup all
purpose flour 4. 1 tbsp paprika 5. 1 tsp garlic powder 6. 1 tsp onion powder 7. Salt and pepper, to taste 8. Vegetable oil, for frying 9. BBQ sauce (store
bought or homemade) 10. Ranch dressing (store
bought or homemade) 11. Blue cheese dressing (store
bought or homemade)
Instructions
Preheat oil to 350°F in a deep fryer or heavy pot.
In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, buttermilk, and seasonings. Toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Combine flour and remaining seasonings in a shallow dish. Remove wings from marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Dredge wings in flour mixture, shaking off excess.
Fry wings in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 7 8 minutes per batch. Use a slotted spoon to remove wings and drain on paper towels.
Toss fried wings in your choice of BBQ or Ranch dressing, then serve with Blue Cheese dressing for dipping.
