  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat (about 350Β°F).
  2. Thread the pork cubes onto skewers, evenly spacing them out.
  3. Grill skewers on direct heat until well marked and cooked through, about 4 minutes per side.
  4. Brush with Sweet & Smoky BBQ Sauce during the last minute of grilling.
  5. Remove from grill and let rest for 2 minutes before serving. Sweet & Smoky BBQ Sauce: 1 cup ketchup 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper Salt and pepper to taste
  6. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
  7. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
