Ingredients
- 24 chicken wings, separated at the joint
- 1 cup all
- purpose flour
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (your choice)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow dish, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Dredge chicken wings in the seasoned flour mixture, shaking off excess flour.
- Arrange coated wings on a wire rack set over a baking sheet. Bake for 35 40 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While wings are baking, mix hot sauce, melted butter, sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
- Remove wings from oven and toss them in the sauce, coating evenly.
- Return wings to the oven for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Chef’s Insight
For an extra kick, increase the amount of hot sauce in the recipe.

Serve with a cooling side like blue cheese dressing or celery sticks for balance.
