  3. Top with the other half of the buns, pimento cheese side down, creating a sandwich.
  4. Brush both sides of each slider with butter for added flavor and grillability.
  5. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Once hot, place the sliders on the grill and cook for 3 4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
