Wheat (in tortillas) - Dairy (in cheese and sour cream)
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef or chicken
1 pack taco seasoning mix
12 small flour tortillas
2 cups shredded cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup salsa
1 avocado, sliced
1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or chicken with the taco seasoning mix according to package instructions until fully cooked and no longer pink. Set aside.
Warm the flour tortillas in a separate pan or on a griddle for 30 seconds on each side. Keep warm by wrapping them in a clean kitchen towel.
To assemble, spread a thin layer of sour cream onto each tortilla, followed by a spoonful of cooked meat, shredded cheese, salsa, and avocado slices. Finish with a squeeze of lime juice.
Fold the tacos in half and arrange on a platter for serving.
