3 bell peppers (red, yellow, and green), thinly sliced
1 medium white onion, thinly sliced
8 large flour tortillas
2 tbsp oil for cooking
2 limes, cut into wedges
1 small red onion, finely diced

Instructions
Season the sliced beef with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the seasoned beef and cook until browned, then transfer to a plate. Set aside.
