Instructions

  5. Remove ribs from grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing into individual bones.
  6. Assemble sandwiches by spreading chipotle mayonnaise on the bottom bun, adding a layer of coleslaw, followed by the sliced ribs, and finally topping with the second half of the bun.
