Ingredients

  • 2 lbs bone-in chicken pieces (drumsticks and thighs)
  • 1/2 cup coconut aminos
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Remove the bay leaf and any excess fat from the dish. g. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
