  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat your outdoor grill to medium heat or use a grill pan on the stovetop for indoor cooking.
  2. Spray both sides of each tortilla with cooking spray and place them on the grill or grill pan. Cook until slightly charred and softened, about 30 seconds per side. Remove from heat and set aside.

  4. Return the tacos to the grill or grill pan and cook until the cheese is melted and slightly bubbling, about 1 2 minutes.
