Ingredients

  • 12 Bratwurst sausages
  • 3 cups ketchup
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, ground mustard, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Heat grill to medium high heat. Place bratwursts on the grill and cook for 5 minutes. Turn and grill for an additional 4 6 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Remove sausages from grill and place them in a foil pan. Pour the sauce mixture over the brats, making sure they are well coated.
  4. Place the pan on the grill, cover with foil, and cook for 10 12 minutes, turning once, until heated through and saucy.
