  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all Fireball Barbecue Sauce ingredients and whisk until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Season the brisket cubes with salt and pepper, then cook in a preheated grill or grill pan over medium high heat for 5 minutes per side, until browned. Transfer to a slow cooker.
  3. Pour half of the Fireball Barbecue Sauce over the brisket and cook on low for 6 hours, occasionally stirring and basting with sauce.
  4. Once the brisket is tender, shred it using two forks and mix with the remaining sauce in the slow cooker to absorb flavors.
