Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef flank steak
  • 2 bell peppers (any color)
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 oz. Fireball Whisky
  • Infused Sauce (store
  • bought or homemade)
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (Mexican blend or cheddar)
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Sour cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the beef steak against the grain and cut into bite sized strips.
  2. Slice the bell peppers and onion into thin strips.
  3. In a large skillet, cook the beef over medium high heat until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add more oil if needed and sauté the bell pepper and onion strips until tender.
  5. Return the cooked beef to the skillet, pour in the Fireball Whisky Infused Sauce, and stir well. Cook for 3 4 minutes or until the sauce is heated through.
  6. Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave or on a griddle.
  7. Assemble the fajitas by placing a generous portion of beef and vegetables onto each tortilla. Top with cheese, avocado slices, and a dollop of sour cream if desired.
  8. Serve immediately while hot!
