Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together fajita seasoning, chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create the Tex Mex rub.
  2. Add sliced steak into the bowl with the rub and toss until evenly coated.
  3. In a large skillet or grill pan, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over high heat.
