Ingredients
- 1. 2 lbs chicken wings, drumettes and flats separated 2. 1/4 cup hot sauce 3. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 4. 1/4 cup honey 5. 1/4 cup butter, melted 6. 1 tsp garlic powder 7. 1 tsp onion powder 8. 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 9. 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional) 10. Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using). Add the chicken wings to the mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or up to overnight.
- Preheat your grill to medium high heat. Remove the wings from the marinade and discard the leftover sauce. Season the wings with salt and pepper to taste. Grill the wings for 18 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes until cooked through and slightly charred.
