  • 16 pieces of chorizo sausage
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine barbecue sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Brush the chorizo sausages with some of the sauce mixture, making sure they are evenly coated.
  4. Grill the sausages for 6 8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and slightly charred. Continuously baste them with the remaining sauce mixture during grilling.
  5. Remove from heat, let rest for a few minutes, and then slice into bite sized pieces.
