1. 8 boneless, skinless chicken tenders 2. 1 cup buttermilk 3. 2 cups all
purpose flour 4. 2 tsp smoked paprika 5. 1 tsp garlic powder 6. 1 tsp onion powder 7. 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional) 8. Salt and black pepper, to taste 9. 2 cups vegetable oil, for frying 10. 4 sandwich rolls, sliced in half 11. 1 cup pickles, sliced 12. 1 cup coleslaw
Instructions
In a shallow dish, marinate the chicken tenders in buttermilk for 30 minutes.
In another shallow dish, mix flour with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper to taste.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium high heat to 350°F.
Coat each chicken tender in the seasoned flour mixture and carefully lower them into the hot oil. Fry for about 7 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from oil and let drain on paper towels.
Season fried chicken with additional salt and pepper if needed.
Assemble sliders: Place a fried chicken tender on each half of the sandwich roll, top with pickles and coleslaw, then cover with the other half of the roll.
