Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups corn kernels, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup red potatoes, small, halved
  • 1/2 cup smoked sausage, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp Firecracker Seasoning (see recipe)
  • 2 cups beer
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, toss shrimp, corn, potatoes, sausage, and garlic with 1 tbsp Firecracker Seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place the seasoned ingredients on the preheated grill in a cast iron skillet or grilling basket, and cook for 6 8 minutes until shrimp is pink and cooked through, stirring occasionally.
  4. In a large pot, bring beer to a simmer over medium heat.
  5. Add butter and remaining Firecracker Seasoning to the pot, stirring until fully melted and combined.
  6. Add cooked grilled ingredients to the pot with the sauce, and toss gently to coat.
  7. Serve immediately in large bowls with a side of crusty bread for dipping.
