  2. In another shallow dish, whisk together eggs and milk.
  3. Dredge each shrimp in the seasoned flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan or skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry shrimp in batches until golden brown, about 2 3 minutes per batch. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Warm tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds.
