Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or chicken
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Lime wedges
- Fresh cilantro leaves
- Firecracker sauce (recipe below) Firecracker Sauce:
- 1/2 cup sriracha
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef or chicken with the taco seasoning according to package instructions. Set aside.
- Prepare Firecracker Sauce by whisking together sriracha, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Assemble tacos by warming tortillas and layering cooked meat, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, feta cheese, and Firecracker Sauce. Top with sour cream, avocado slices, lime wedges, and cilantro leaves.

Notes
Adjust the heat level of Firecracker Sauce to your preference by increasing or decreasing sriracha.
