Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large skillet, sear the carne asada over high heat until browned and slightly charred on the outside, about 4 5 minutes per side. Slice into thin strips.
- Warm the corn tortillas on a dry griddle or in a pan for about 10 seconds each to keep them pliable.
- Assemble tacos with carne asada, sliced red onion, cilantro leaves, shredded lettuce, crumbled queso fresco, lime wedges, salsa roja, pickled red onions, and jalapeños. Add hot sauce if desired.
- Serve immediately while the tacos are still warm.
