Ingredients
- 400 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa) 1/2 cup heavy cream 3/4 cup roasted almonds, coarsely chopped 1 tsp sea salt flakes
Instructions
- Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and place in a large bowl.
- In a saucepan over low heat, warm up the cream until it just starts to steam. Do not let it boil.
- Pour the warm cream over the chopped chocolate in the bowl and let it sit for a minute.
- Gently stir the mixture with a spatula until the chocolate has completely melted and is fully combined with the cream, creating a smooth fondue.
- Add roasted almonds and mix gently. Season with sea salt flakes.
