Instructions

  5. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites using an electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the batter.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Sprinkle sugar free dark chocolate chips evenly over the batter.
  7. Bake for 25 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool completely before removing from the pan.
