  • sized pieces 1 large onion, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped 1 cup coconut milk 1/2 cup tomato puree 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 tablespoon ginger paste 1 tablespoon ground curry powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon Fresh cilantro, for garnish Lime wedges, for serving

Cook for an additional 2 3 minutes or until fragrant. c. Add chicken pieces to the pan and brown on all sides. Pour in tomato puree and coconut milk, stirring well to combine. d. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 20 25 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Stir occasionally. e. Once chicken is fully cooked, adjust seasoning if necessary, and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
